Great value on annual plan

I was looking for a good deal on audition tracks and saw their annual membership. It saved me a lot compared to buying individual songs. I got access to tons of pop rock audition tracks. Worth it.

Easy to use, quick start

Needed some rehearsal tracks fast for a cabaret thing. Signed up for the monthly subscription. Got a jazz standard accompaniment right away. It worked fine, the sound was good. Had a little trouble finding the exact song I wanted at first, but ended up with something similar. Pretty good.

Good for auditions, some app bugs

I purchased a monthly subscription to PianoTrax for an upcoming audition, specifically for a contemporary musical theater track. The process on their website was straightforward, and I had no issues setting up my account. The mobile app, which lets you adjust key and tempo, was really helpful for practicing at home. It took about 2 days for the subscription to fully activate and for all tracks to be accessible, which was a minor delay. The quality of the piano accompaniment tracks themselves is professional, very clear and well-recorded. I did notice a couple of times the app crashed when I was rapidly changing the tempo, but it wasn't frequent enough to be a major problem. Customer support was responsive when I asked about downloading tracks for offline use, answering within a few hours. Overall, it's a solid tool for performers.

Good value, easy to use

I was looking for an accompaniment track for a last-minute audition and found Piano Trax. Grabbed an annual membership during a sale, which felt like a good deal compared to buying individual songs. The mobile app worked great for adjusting the key on my 'On My Own' track; it was super intuitive. Delivery was instant, obviously, since it's digital. The sound quality was professional, though sometimes the piano volume felt a little low against my own voice. Overall, it was worth it for the price and convenience.

Always reliable for auditions

I've used Piano Trax for several auditions now, and they've always delivered. Got a contemporary musical theater track this time, and the quality was as solid as ever. The tempo adjustment in the app is still a lifesaver. Only wish they'd add more newer pop-rock titles quicker.

Good value for tracks

I grabbed the annual membership during a sale, and it was a solid deal. Getting all those musical theater piano accompaniments for what I paid felt like a steal compared to buying individual tracks. The mobile app works well, though sometimes the key change takes a second to load.

Decent tracks, slow support

I purchased an individual song download, 'Defying Gravity', for an audition. The ordering process was straightforward on their website. The track quality was professional, definitely real piano, not MIDI. I used the mobile app to adjust the tempo, which was super helpful. Delivery was instant since it was a download. I had a question about how to use it offline and emailed support; it took about 3 days to get a response, which was a little long. Overall, I got what I needed for the audition, but don't expect immediate customer service.

Smooth purchase, solid tracks

My recent purchase of a couple of individual song credits went really smoothly, just like my last two times. The site is easy to navigate, and finding the specific golden age musical tracks I needed was no problem. Download was immediate, and the tracks sounded great for rehearsal. The only minor thing is I always forget where the 'my credits' page is at first glance, but that's really minor. I keep coming back because the quality is consistent and I trust them for my audition needs.
